Our retail group client is seeking an Omnichannel Account Manager to manage and grow key retail and omnichannel accounts in the kitchen, small appliances, and housewares categories. You'll be the primary contact for assigned accounts, cultivating strong buyer relationships and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key retail and omnichannel accounts in kitchen, small appliances, and housewares.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts and cultivate strong buyer relationships.
- Drive sales growth and expand distribution of owned, licensed, and distributed brands.
- Develop joint business plans and promotional strategies with key retail partners.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams on account initiatives.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of retail account management or omnichannel sales experience.
- Experience managing major retail accounts (Target, Walmart, Bed Bath & Beyond, etc.).
- Strong background in kitchen, small appliances, or housewares categories preferred.
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with retail analytics tools.
