We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Director of Programmatic Marketing with strong experience managing and optimizing marketing campaigns across all marketing channels that pertain to programmatic advertising, including Podcast, CTV, OTT, OOH, In-App Marketing, Satellite Radio, and Direct Mail.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee strategy and growth within programmatic marketing channels including Podcast, CTV, OTT, OOH, In-App, Satellite Radio, and Direct Mail.
- Develop and execute data-driven campaign strategies to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
- Manage programmatic budgets and optimize toward key performance metrics.
- Partner with analytics teams to develop attribution models and reporting frameworks.
- Lead agency relationships and vendor negotiations.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in programmatic marketing or media buying.
- Deep expertise across programmatic channels including CTV, audio, and display.
- Strong understanding of DSPs, DMPs, and data-driven targeting strategies.
- Proven track record of driving measurable performance from programmatic investments.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
