The Director of Amazon Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the overall Amazon strategy, managing vendor relationships, optimizing merchandising and advertising performance, and ensuring operational excellence across the marketplace ecosystem. This individual will serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, Amazon stakeholders, and external partners while driving revenue growth and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Amazon sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Manage and grow vendor/seller relationships, including negotiations, contract management, and performance reviews.
- Optimize product listings, advertising campaigns, and promotional strategies.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, Amazon stakeholders, and external partners.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics, providing regular reporting and actionable insights.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, supply chain, finance, and product teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing Amazon accounts (Vendor Central and/or Seller Central).
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving profitability on Amazon.
- Strong understanding of Amazon's advertising platforms (Sponsored Products, Brands, DSP).
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with data tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
