Our client, a high-growth pet food brand, is looking for a high-impact, hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to own and optimize their paid acquisition engine. This is not a passive agency-management role — we're looking for someone who understands the platforms deeply, can get into the data, and knows how to drive real, measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the paid acquisition engine across Meta, Google, and other digital channels.
- Partner closely with an external agency managing campaign execution — provide expertise and accountability.
- Guide strategy, challenge performance, and ensure best-in-class execution across channels.
- Develop testing frameworks and optimize toward key acquisition and LTV metrics.
- Report on performance and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
- Deep platform expertise across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution and incrementality.
- Experience managing external agency partners.
- Pet, food, CPG, or subscription brand experience a plus.
