eCommerce Placement is a full-service staffing firm specializing in the recruitment of eCommerce & digital professionals across the US, Canada, and United Kingdom. We provide top talent to online retailers, eCommerce SaaS companies, and digital agencies.

Refer a new client and receive a $2,000 Referral Award after we place our first full-time / direct-hire candidate with that client.

  • Your referral must be a company that has not previously been our client, or has not worked with us within the past 365 days.
  • If the same referral is submitted by more than one person, only the first submission (by date and time) is eligible for the award.
  • You'll receive a $2,000 check within 10 business days after we receive full payment from your referred client.
  • There is no limit to the number of qualified referrals you can make.
  • The award applies only to direct-hire/full-time placements and does not apply to other service offerings.
  • All information on the form must be accurately provided.
  • Subject to applicable state and federal tax laws.
  • eCommerce Placement reserves the right to modify or discontinue this program at any time.

Anyone can refer a client — there's no requirement to be an employee or past client yourself. If you know a company that's hiring for eCommerce roles, you're eligible.
A new client is any company that has not previously used eCommerce Placement's services, or any company that hasn't engaged with us as a client or prospect within the last 365 days.
You'll receive a $2,000 check within 10 business days after eCommerce Placement receives full payment from the client you referred for the successfully placed candidate.
No limit at all! You can refer as many qualified new clients as you like, and you're eligible for the $2,000 award for each one that results in a successful placement.
If the same company is referred by more than one person, only the first submission — based on date and time the form was submitted — is eligible for the referral award.
Yes — we must enter into a staffing engagement with your referral within 90 days of your submission, and we must successfully place a full-time/direct-hire candidate to qualify for the award.
