Chief Operating Officer - High-Growth DTC Brand

We’re looking for a seasoned COO to join a rapidly expanding direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand that provides products to customers around the world. Reporting to the CEO, the COO will be a key member of the leadership team responsible for setting the vision and strategy for our DTC, Amazon, and retail distribution channels. We are looking for a thought leader who can coach and mentor our operations team, plan the team’s quarterly objectives, and work cross-functionally across the business with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have played a similar role scaling DTC eCommerce brands.
Director, Growth Marketing & eCommerce

The Director of Growth Marketing & eCommerce will head up all growth and performance marketing as well as our eCommerce business (including owned site and all eTailers), leading digital efforts to grow sales and profitability across North America. As the Director of Growth Marketing & eCommerce, this role will be instrumental in defining and driving the DTC strategy. This pivotal role involves leading the direction, design, and execution of our digital, social, and eCommerce strategies.
