As the Director of Growth Analytics, you will lead the charge in shaping paid media strategy across on-platform and off-platform channels to analyze performance marketing and deliver insights alongside strategic guidance to the operating teams. Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing analytics or growth analytics.
- Deep expertise in attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and MMM.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
- Experience with retail media platforms (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect).
