As the Director of Growth Analytics, you will lead the charge in shaping paid media strategy across on-platform and off-platform channels to analyze performance marketing and deliver insights alongside strategic guidance to the operating teams. This role demands a data-driven leader who combines strategic vision with analytical rigor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead paid media analytics strategy across on-platform and off-platform channels.
  • Direct campaign management teams, innovate attribution models, and scale emerging channels.
  • Ensure every dollar spent delivers measurable impact through rigorous data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reporting infrastructure.
  • Partner with marketing, finance, and executive teams to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing analytics or growth analytics.
  • Deep expertise in attribution modeling, incrementality testing, and MMM.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
  • Experience with retail media platforms (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data simply.
