The Director of eCommerce & Marketplaces is a senior commercial leader responsible for defining and executing the eCommerce growth strategy, with a primary focus on Amazon and secondary focus on brick-and-click retail partners including Walmart.com, Target.com, and similar platforms. This role combines strategic ownership and hands-on execution, overseeing P&L performance, long-term marketplace strategy, and day-to-day operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the eCommerce growth strategy across Amazon and key retail partners.
- Own P&L performance, long-term marketplace strategy, and day-to-day operational excellence.
- Serve as the executive subject matter expert on Amazon and digital marketplaces.
- Regularly present performance, insights, and growth plans to senior management.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive growth across the full eCommerce ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of eCommerce leadership experience with significant Amazon P&L responsibility.
- Deep expertise in Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
- Experience managing retail.com channels (Walmart.com, Target.com).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in eCommerce analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
