We're looking for a remote Director of Paid Media to own the end-to-end paid media strategy that fuels our DTC growth. This is a high-impact role leading a 7-figure monthly ad spend with precision, where you'll be responsible for scaling new customer acquisition, unlocking new funnels, and driving world-class creative performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels.
- Lead a 7-figure monthly ad spend with a focus on efficient new customer acquisition.
- Drive world-class creative performance through rigorous testing and iteration.
- Build and manage a high-performing paid media team.
- Partner with creative, analytics, and retention teams to maximize LTV.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of paid media experience with a strong DTC focus.
- Proven experience managing 7-figure monthly budgets across Meta and Google.
- Deep understanding of creative testing, ad operations, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution and incrementality testing.
- Supplements, health & wellness, or CPG brand experience preferred.
