As Director of Paid Media, you will oversee a high-performing team managing retail media platforms (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect) and expand our footprint across Paid Social, Search, CTV, Streaming, and emerging channels. Success in this role means mastering performance economics — owning the Mixed Media Model and metrics like CAC:LTV ratio, MER, branded search attribution, and incrementality lift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee retail media platforms (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect) and expand across Paid Social, Search, CTV, and emerging channels.
  • Own the Mixed Media Model and key metrics including CAC:LTV ratio, MER, and incrementality lift.
  • Lead a high-performing paid media team.
  • Drive sustainable growth through data-driven channel optimization.
  • Partner with analytics, brand, and eCommerce teams on integrated campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of paid media leadership experience.
  • Deep expertise in retail media (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect) and digital channels.
  • Strong understanding of Mixed Media Modeling and advanced attribution.
  • Proven track record managing large, complex media budgets.
  • CPG or consumer products experience preferred.
