We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid media engine across channels, with a sharp focus on efficient growth, customer acquisition, and profitability. This role will be responsible for the management and oversight of our paid media agency partner as well as deeper LTV/CAC analysis and channel optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and scale the paid media engine across Meta, Google, and emerging channels.
- Manage and oversee paid media agency partner performance.
- Lead LTV/CAC analysis, testing strategy, and channel optimization.
- Partner with merchandising, finance, and analytics teams on integrated growth strategy.
- Develop and maintain performance reporting dashboards.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of performance marketing experience with a DTC focus.
- Strong experience managing paid social (Meta) and paid search (Google) campaigns.
- Deep understanding of LTV/CAC economics and DTC growth metrics.
- Experience managing agency relationships.
- Fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brand experience preferred.
