The Senior Manager, Retail Media will lead strategy, performance, and innovation across our retail media ecosystem, including Amazon Ads, Instacart, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Kroger Precision Marketing, and Criteo Retail Media. This role is designed for a retail media expert who wants broader ownership and direct business impact, serving as the internal subject matter expert and strategic leader responsible for scaling retail media into a continual growth engine for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and execution of digital media (search and display), creative coordination, optimization, and reporting of all retailer-branded media programs including Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Criteo, Sam's Club, Citrus Ads, Kroger, and more.
  • Develop annual and quarterly investment strategies aligned to revenue, share growth, and profitability targets.
  • Translate brand, sales, and category objectives into full-funnel media plans and influence how retail media integrates into broader omnichannel marketing strategy.
  • Partner with retailers, agency partners, and internal cross-functional teams to develop and deliver integrated business plans based on strong shopper insights.
  • Drive the development, analysis, and reporting of key investment metrics and campaign analytics as they relate to media.
  • Monitor consumer and competitive landscape for trends and digital best practices while optimizing existing programs and proposing new investment opportunities.
  • Support priority products and new product launches with integrated marketing plans.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and develop and implement strategic sales plans in accordance with corporate goals.

Experience and Skill Requirements

  • 5+ years of retail media and eCommerce experience.
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP).
  • Experience managing additional retail media networks (Walmart, Target, Kroger, Instacart, or Criteo).
  • Familiarity with AMC, clean rooms, or advanced retail media measurement.
  • Demonstrated ownership of multi-million-dollar media budgets and financial acumen with P&L or budget experience.
  • Strong analytical fluency and ability to translate data into business recommendations.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales and brand teams; ability to drive and influence complex decision-making with various stakeholder groups.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience working in a CPG environment preferred.
  • Self-directed with strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic, growth-oriented business.
