Another strong month of placements at eCommerce Placement. Here are a few we're especially proud of:
Kathryn Wade — eCommerce Manager
Kathryn filled an eCommerce Manager position for a healthy snack company aiming to expand their online market share in the grocery industry. The role involves developing and executing an online sales and marketing strategy to drive aggressive growth. The interview process included 3–4 rounds with the Senior Director of eCommerce, plus one small assignment.
Candidate Feedback: "Thank you so much for your support, and for connecting me with such a wonderful opportunity!"
Client Feedback: "They aced the assignment — we were very happy to have this candidate join the team."
Natalie Matsuda — IT Director
Natalie sourced an IT Director for an evolving CPG giant creating an entirely new division. The role is responsible for defining and implementing technology strategy for the Canada Consumer Health business. Interview process: 3 rounds with C-level executives. The client thought Natalie's candidate was such a perfect fit that they held the position for seven months while the candidate finished their Master's Degree.
Reagan Cooper — Retail Media Manager
Reagan secured a Retail Media Manager for an all-in-one SaaS company, requiring 2+ years of specific experience running media campaigns through Amazon, Walmart, Kroger, and Instacart. The interview process included 1 HR round plus 4 rounds with leadership.
Jenna Quiroz — Two Placements
Jenna placed a Performance Marketing Manager for a faith-based apparel brand — reconnecting with a candidate she had worked with previously who had recently been laid off. A perfect testament to the power of professional networks. Jenna also placed a Product Content Manager for a well-known hardware distribution company through direct sourcing efforts. Both placements resulted in excited candidates and thrilled clients.
