Sydney Loden — Three Placements for a Faith-Based Apparel Company
Sydney came through with three placements for a faith-based apparel company we've been collaborating with on a significant hiring project. The roles ranged from associate to C-suite.
Graphic Designer: Our client was in search of a graphic designer with a deep understanding of the Christian niche. Sydney found the perfect designer who was involved with a very similar company in the same space. The client was so confident they skipped sample work in favor of conversational culture-fit interviews.
Content & Social Media Strategist: Sydney's candidate blew the interview process out of the water by creating a spreadsheet mapping their experience to each aspect of the role. The client reported back a month later that the new hire is doing an amazing job.
Chief Financial Officer: A straightforward CFO role requiring experience with a rapidly growing eCommerce business. Sydney found an exceptional candidate through direct sourcing on LinkedIn. The interview process consisted of three rounds within the quickest timeframe that worked for both parties.
Kathryn Wade — Head of eCommerce
Kathryn made a huge placement this month — Head of eCommerce — for a well-established client in the consumer goods space with a wide portfolio of electronic brands. The interview process was extremely quick: the candidate spoke with the hiring manager, was scheduled for a second round within a day, had a final call, sent references, and received an offer. Total time: about one week.

Reagan Cooper — Customer Experience Manager
Reagan placed a Customer Experience Manager with a high-growth apparel company. The position was intended to optimize customer support efforts to handle a higher volume of customers. Two official interview rounds plus a final negotiation call, and the candidate started shortly after.
