The Senior Vice President (SVP), Digital Business & Sales is a strategic leader responsible for driving digital transformation, revenue growth, and profitability across all digital sales channels. This executive will spearhead the re-launch of our digital strategy, overseeing e-commerce, and digital marketing, while maintaining full P&L responsibility for the digital business unit. The SVP will build and lead a dedicated team to develop and execute a best-in-class digital sales strategy, optimize the online customer experience, and strengthen our overall digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & P&L Ownership:

  • Own the P&L for the digital business unit, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and cost optimization.

  • Develop and implement a long-term digital strategy aligned with overall company goals.

  • Identify new revenue opportunities and business models within the digital landscape.

  • Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and performance tracking for digital channels.

Digital Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Drive e-commerce, digital marketplace, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales performance.

  • Lead digital sales initiatives, including online advertising, SEO/SEM, CRM, and conversion optimization.

  • Implement best practices in pricing, promotions, and customer engagement to maximize revenue.

  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and technology teams to enhance digital sales effectiveness.

Customer Experience & Digital Innovation:

  • Leverage data analytics, AI, and automation to improve customer acquisition and retention.

  • Enhance digital customer journeys, UX/UI, and personalization to increase engagement and conversion rates.

  • Oversee omnichannel strategies that integrate digital sales with physical retail and other touchpoints.

Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing digital sales and business team.

  • Partner with marketing, IT, product, and finance teams to drive digital transformation.

  • Build relationships with external partners, vendors, and technology providers.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 15+ years of experience in digital business, sales, or e-commerce leadership roles.

  • Proven track record of P&L management and delivering revenue growth in a digital-

    first environment.

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and customer acquisition.

  • Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning skills.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Industry experience in CPG, Retail, E-Commerce, Technology, Alcohol, Tobacco, or Pharma.

  • Knowledge of CRM, digital advertising, and sales automation tools.

  • Experience scaling digital businesses in global or multi-channel environments.

Base salary: $300-350k
