We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sr. Affiliate Manager to lead and expand our affiliate and partnership programs. This role will manage our internal affiliate network, practitioner program, LTK/Shop My expansion, and ShareASale partnerships. The ideal candidate deeply understands affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, and performance-driven growth strategies. They should be highly organized, proactive, and adept at building and optimizing affiliate relationships to drive revenue and brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
Affiliate Program Development:
Help to develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate program strategy that aligns with our goals and brand identity.
Help to develop and execute a comprehensive practitioner program strategy.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the program’s success.
Create guidelines, policies, and procedures for the affiliate program, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand values.
Collaborate with JT on Share-A-Sale and other affiliate marketing
Manage the Superfiliate platform and serve as the main point of contact between brand and agency.
Affiliate Recruitment and Onboarding:
Identify and recruit new affiliates, focusing on affiliates who resonate with our values and target audience.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential affiliates through proactive research, networking, and outreach.
Enhance the current onboarding process by providing training to educate affiliates about our products, values, and marketing strategies.
Affiliate Relationship Management & Motivation:
Cultivate strong and positive relationships with affiliates, offering continuous support, guidance, and motivation.
Collaborate with affiliates to develop personalized strategies that drive brand awareness, sales, and long-term partnerships.
Implement incentive programs and rewards to motivate influencers. IE: Virtual Events, Product gifting, Education.
Affiliate Sales Target-Based Graduation:
Set sales targets for affiliates in the program and equip them with the necessary tools and resources to achieve these targets.
Monitor and evaluate affiliate performance, ensuring they meet the sales goals required for graduation to the second tier of the program.
Collaborate with the Influencer team to align affiliate efforts with sales targets and implement effective conversion strategies.
Program Performance and Growth:
Analyze and monitor program performance metrics, generating regular reports and recommendations to optimize affiliate efforts and drive brand awareness and sales.
Identify opportunities for program expansion and enhancement through strategic partnerships, collaborations, and outreach.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging affiliates’ marketing strategies to enhance the program’s effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing within the CPG or health/wellness industry is highly preferred
Highly motivated and adaptable individual with a passion for brand engagement
Strong organizational and project management skills
Strong sales skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced & deadline-driven environment
Proficient in social media platforms and up to date with current trends and culture
Comfortable with Google Drive and digital collaboration tools
Energetic and outgoing personality—loves connecting with people
