Head of Growth - Health & Wellness Brand

We are looking for a data-driven and strategic Head of Growth with a strong track record in DTC & CPG to join our team. This role will be responsible for the growth of this sales channel, designing and driving forward the strategy to maximize the performance of our DTC site. Leveraging your robust digital performance experience, you will own customer acquisition and performance marketing channels, including paid marketing (paid social, paid search, affiliate, etc.), as well as TV, podcast and other acquisition channels.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy, team and budget on all performance marketing functions to scale cross-channel media spend in an ROI-positive way, including: paid social, search, affiliate, Podcast, TV, and additional acquisition channels owning all KPIs.

  • Lead internal media buying team, guiding daily & hourly media optimizations to hit daily and monthly revenue targets

  • Build monthly revenue and budget forecast to set daily targets and KPI’s

  • Unlock new growth opportunities, scale high performing channels and build a media ecosystem that acquires high value customers at efficient cost

  • Rapidly test and innovate new channels, new creatives, and new initiatives with a data-driven mindset.

  • Own creative testing roadmap for paid media with support from Brand/Creative team

  • Foster a culture of ROI, data-driven decision-making, and organizational excellence.

 

Skills/Qualifications:

  • 10-12+ years of experience in DTC & CPG, and has played a key role in scaling a brand.

  • Experience with subscription-focused growth.

  • Analytically minded, and comfortable leveraging data to make decisions, and comfortable using quantitative capabilities

  • Able to think beyond paid media to drive growth.

  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Able to balance the creative art and analytical science of brand-building

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on developing high-performing teams.

  • Comfortable in a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture that emphasizes autonomy, passion for the brand and an immense drive to grow the Company and achieve results

  • Deep understanding of ecommerce best practices, usability principles, and information architecture

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Excellent organization and teamwork skills
