The Role: As a Growth Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. Reporting to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will collaborate across teams to optimize campaigns, analyze performance data, and execute initiatives that support our eCommerce channels. Responsibilities:
Assist in driving customer acquisition by planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across paid social, SEM, and display
Conduct performance analyses to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, leveraging key metrics such as CAC, Revenue and LTV to evaluate campaign success and inform future strategies
Collaborate with design, copy, and influencer teams to source and organize compelling creative assets across paid channels to optimize performance and ensure brand continuity
Support in planning and executing landing page testing across the full-funnel customer journey to drive customer acquisition and build brand affinity
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and creative effectiveness across paid channels, providing insights, recaps, and learnings to internal teams
Act as a liaison for needs across all growth channels, including but not limited to Meta, TikTok, YouTube, ensuring timely delivery of copy, creative, and reports.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to enhance growth strategies.
Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably within eCommerce or B2B sectors.
Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau/Lookr, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, including paid search, social media advertising, and email marketing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a keen attention to detail.
