The eCommerce Manager is responsible for growing and managing the business across assigned accounts by setting and implementing the overall go to market strategy for multiple brands. This includes pricing, advertising, promotional, content creation, digital merchandising, SEO, cost savings, etc. This role will report to the Senior Director, e-Commerce but will interface with many other members of the Digital Business Team, a fast-moving autonomous organization within the company.
What You Will Do:
- Drives top line sales and bottom-line profit targets by setting and implementing the overall go to market strategy for assigned domestic and international marketplaces such as Walmart.com, Home Depot.com, Lowes.com, and Tractor Supply.com

Ideate NPD growth opportunities

Developing and execute ongoing action plans to drive sales and profit growth

Provide accurate forecast for assigned accounts

Develop and execute PPC advertising & promotional strategy

Management of content creation with internal / external partners

Manage and optimize product detail pages, digital merchandising tactics, and online discoverability

Regularly communicate with key internal stakeholders on market dynamics, competitive environment, progress against business plans, sales strategy, and business opportunities

Responsible for implementing and optimizing pricing for assigned accounts

Monitor and analyze performance and market trends to plan and react as necessary: sales, ratings and reviews, product listings

Pitch in to help in key areas of need that arise within the Digital Business Team
What You Will Bring:
-
Extensive prior experience selling products on Walmart.com & other dot com retailers
-
Past track record of successfully discovering areas of opportunity for innovation and new product development

5+ year experience in digital marketing/merchandising, ideally in a consumer product environment

Familiarity with business and data analytics including understanding trend analysis, ROI and, the capability to manage Profit and Loss (P&L)

Deep understanding of digital consumer and marketplace insights and experience translating these into business strategies
