We are seeking a data-driven and creative Growth Marketing Manager to support in leading strategy and optimization of paid media campaigns across digital acquisition channels. Reporting to the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, this role will focus on ensuring timely and performance-driven execution of campaigns. You will manage the coordination of creative assets, support briefing and stakeholder management across creative teams (including agency partners and internal teams), and assist with reporting and performance tracking. This position plays a key role in supporting the execution of growth strategies, ensuring campaigns are supported with the necessary materials, optimized for performance and aligned with business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of paid media campaigns across digital acquisition channels (paid social, SEM, display, mobile apps), ensuring timely delivery and optimization for performance.

  • Manage the coordination and timely delivery of creative assets, collaborating with internal teams, agency partners, and influencer stakeholders to ensure alignment with campaign goals.

  • Collaborate with design, copy, and influencer teams to develop compelling creative assets that enhance paid campaign performance and ensure brand consistency.

  • Track and report on key performance metrics (CAC, CVR, CTR, LTV), providing insights and recommendations to internal teams for ongoing optimization.

  • Support testing and execution of new growth channels and landing page flows, contributing operational support to refine strategies.

  • Act as a liaison for needs across all growth channels, ensuring the seamless execution of copy, creative, and reporting.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging marketing technologies to enhance growth strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

 

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, ideally within eCommerce or DTC.

  • Proven expertise in paid media campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across social and search channels.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and ensure deadlines are met.

  • Proficient with performance reporting and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, or similar platforms.

  • Collaborative and detail-oriented, with the ability to work seamlessly across teams and external partners.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and pivot quickly as needed.
