We’re seeking a Social Media Manager to manage our various brands’ social media accounts including content ideation, creation, and deployment. This person will develop both short-term and long-term KPIs to measure the success of these platforms and channels, ensuring goals are in alignment with sales goals and other company initiatives. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for media engagements, influencer engagement and management, as well as social calendars and analytics tracking. This person will be responsible for product sample management, ensuring sample products are distributed and tracked appropriately as a part of our marketing enagements. You will partner with stakeholders across the company to ensure each brand is accurately portrayed across the necessary social media accounts.

 

Responsibilities:

-Manage communities via social platforms, including responding to customer messages, comments, and inquiries – engaging internally cross-functionally with the correct parties to ensure customers receive responses in a timely and efficient manner.
-Proactively seek customer feedback/brand opportunities to raise internally, capturing VOC data to fuel product evolution and innovation strategies.
-Develop and maintain media list, influencer list, and other PR outlets for distribution when needed.
-Develop and maintain social media calendars, influencer engagements, shipping of samples/tracking to creative completion. Ensure marketing campaigns are in line with other business objective timing, product launches, etc.
-Plan social media content, keeping in mind algorithms and popular content types to ensure maximum exposure and engagement, audience engagement, and business objectives to ensure captivating and engaging content is posted consistently across our brands’ social media accounts.
-Manage analytics around consumer sentiment and social media KPIs, to share internally and communicate the value/goals of digital marketing in alliance with business objectives.
-Ensure content is created specific to each platform, ensuring content is generated with each platforms’ unique audience in mind.
-Develop comprehensive creative briefs for internal/external designers.
-Produce original and high-quality content tailored to various social media platforms that tells the story of our unique brands and products.
-Create a content generation strategy that aligns with our corporate strategies and generates audience engagement.
-Ability to create content – photography, videography, and other graphic designs fit for various social media platforms.
-Will manage a team of one – previous management experience a plus.

 

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree required.
-3-5 years in social media management preferred.
-Working technical knowledge of social media analytics tools, sentiment analysis tools, and social media scheduling tools.
-Expertise working with Microsoft Suite of tools: Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook
Experience with digital commerce is highly preferred.
-Highly motivated and resourceful self-starter, with a can-do attitude that thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
-Ability to create content individually – experience in video creation, editing, and photography a plus.
-Previous experience working in a team would be beneficial.
