Tyler started his career in business early by running the outreach and business development portion of a commercial cleaning business his family started while he was a sophomore in high school. After seeing solid results and thoroughly enjoying the work, Tyler decided he wanted to continue in sales. After attending The University of Missouri-Columbia, he took on a role as an Inside Sales Representative at ADT Home security where he sharpened his outreach skills and became a top performer for the company. Now, Tyler brings these skills to eCommerce Placement, where he works around the clock to find top tier clients to partner with.
Rich holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Southern Connecticut State University and an MBA from the highest ranked International business program in the US at the University of South Carolina. He has years of experience as an Account Manager at the eCommerce firm SureSource, where he managed the official online stores for major brands such as Coca-Cola, Budweiser, Stella Artois, Igloo Coolers and Yamaha Electronics. Rich leverages his eCommerce industry expertise to provide top talent and account management for leading online retailers, technology firms, payment companies, and digital agencies.
Natalie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from San Francisco State University. She has previously worked in the fashion and retail industry with an emphasis in eCommerce. Natalie has gained valuable experience in the digital world working in roles such as site merchandising, digital marketing, and digital asset coordination. She has also worked with businesses to set up their products on Shopify and Amazon eCommerce platforms. With her extensive knowledge in the eCommerce, she has turned her sights toward helping others achieve their goals within the eCommerce world.
Reagan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville and is originally from Nashville, Tennessee. Prior to starting college, Reagan worked as an intern in Haiti striving to place local citizens in community building jobs. Stateside, Reagan gained her valuable sales experience from her extensive background in the restaurant industry where she quickly grew from a server to a shift leader and trainer, helping others get oriented in their new positions. After graduation, Reagan knew she wanted to find a way to continue her service by helping others find their careers which led her to the field of recruiting and, ultimately, eCommerce Placement.
Jenna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Studies from the University of Rhode Island. Prior to joining eCommerce Placement, Jenna worked in sales as an eCommerce coach in Boston, helping small businesses increase their online sales using a series of different strategies tailored to their needs. Through this experience she gained valuable skills and truly found her passion for helping others succeed. Now residing in Connecticut, Jenna is so excited to start her endeavors in the recruiting world and looks forward to helping others discover the best path in their career journey.
Kathryn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Northeastern State University and is originally from Tahlequah, Oklahoma. She first discovered her talent in business working in a retail/sales position at her local dance studio. While in college, she completed her internship as an Events Coordinator for her university’s Career Services department. There she gained valuable experience working with companies and recruiters seeking to hire college graduates in multiple fields and positions. She now resides in Chicago where she looks forward to growing her career by helping others succeed.

He has picked up Sales and Marketing experience through Illinois State University’s Professional Sales Institute and a variety of roles throughout his collegiate career. He has previously held roles as a Marketing Director for a local plumbing contractor, and was part of a team of Account Executives for Illinois State University’s Print/Online Newspaper. Sydney holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from George Mason University and is originally from Alexandria, Virginia. Most of her experience is in sales and marketing with several Orangetheory Fitness studios in the DC Metropolitan area. Her first sales experience came with her role as a Sales Associate with Orangetheory Fitness, which shortly turned into a full-time Studio Manager position. Marketing for her studios in the fitness industry made her discover her passion for serving and helping others, which she brings to her role as a Recruiting Manager.
Charlotte holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Brockport and has been in the eCommerce recruiting industry for over 5 years. As the Managing Director of eCommerce Recruiting, Charlotte supports and guides a growing team of Recruiters, handles day-to-day operations, maintains relationships with both small and large scale clients, and recruits for candidates across digital marketing, Amazon, web operations, site merchandising, graphic design, and more. She is passionate about motivating her team to achieve their goals and helping candidates find their next dream role.
Adam holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in HR Management from Rutgers University. He has recruited in-house for companies such as Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, AIG, and Pfizer. As the sole Recruiting Manager for Borderfree, a leading global eCommerce and international shipping startup, Adam scaled the business from 40 to 300 employees prior to the company’s successful acquisition by Pitney Bowes. Adam is an expert at recruiting candidates for eCommerce strategy and management, online marketing (including SEO/SEM, affiliate, display, CRM, email), marketplace (e.g. Amazon), retail.com, trade marketing, shopper marketing, merchandising, operations, and web analytics.
